ZATV #001 - How to make real South African biltong

Posted by The ZA Show on 08 Jan 2007 | Tagged as: podcasts, video podcasts

It’s FINALLY here in time for 2007. The first episode of ZA TV.

Here is a 12min video podcast presented by Glen Verran on how to make your own South African biltong. The aim of this video is to make the process of making biltong as simple and easy to follow as possible. Believe me, the results are worth it. :)

With many thanks to Jan Folmer for all his effort and hard work behind the camera, in post production and all the great ideas.

Based on the box design and technique from Aris Stathakis at http://www.biltongbox.com

Please comment and let me know what you think. Also let me know if you’ve made your own biltong too.

The video is in Apple QuickTime format. (m4v).
